The Lismore Show was back in action after a three-year hiatus providing an opportunity for locals to relax and be entertained. Thanks to Hurford Hardwoods, forestry had a big presence at the show with a raft of woodchopping events and a refreshed forestry pavilion that has been named the North East NSW Forestry Hub. There was plenty of educational material on display, but it was the designer woodwork by Garan Hale which captured the interest of the adults while the 3d virtual reality videos proved irresistible for the school kids.
